Key Responsibilities

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the bar team to deliver excellent service
• Assisting the manager to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
• Overseeing daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and smooth customer service
• Training and mentoring new staff members
• Managing cash handling and till operations accurately

Necessary Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a bar or similar hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using POS systems
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
