Responsibilities:

As the General Manager, your key duties will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the nightclub
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety compliance
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Conducting weekly stock takes and implementing action plans based on the results
• Building and maintaining high staff morale
• Providing exceptional front of house service and visible leadership
• Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly
• Overseeing cash handling and till procedures are followed correctly by supervisors
• Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of management experience in a busy nightlife setting
• Valid personal licence
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and operational skills
• Professional and well-presented
