We are seeking multi-skilled Kitchen and Serving Staff to join our team at our newest offering in Cardiff's Canal Quarter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation, frying, and preparing sauces
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety standards and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Uphold high standards of quality control and presentation
- Support other team members as needed

- Provide first class customer service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and portioning
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
